ECB stuck in wait and see mode

At the ECB press conference, Mr Trichet, President of the ECB, does not want to do a lot about the rise of the Euro.

He says the rising exchange rate is a normal consequence of the process of stabilization.

He even thinks that alterations could have unfavourable results. 

Therefore, Trichet will not, for the time being, make any changes in his efficient policy.
